Blue-Kote Engline Cowl film is a pressure sensitive rubber adhesive coated UV stabilized polyolefin masking film. Engine cowl film is designed for the protection of engine cowl finishes during rigging, service and under shrink wrap covers during transportation to prevent chafing and scratching to the painted surfaces. This film can be left on for 30-45 days without transfer of adhesive to the substrate

Cowl film is also used to protect acrylic surfaces from scratching and scuffs.
